Titan Connection​
On the AMR platform the Cypher Max connects to the Titan motor controller using the absolute cable. The Titan reads the absolute PWM signal and forwards position data to the VMX over CAN — no direct VMX wiring needed.

The Cypher Max has a voltage selection switch on the body. Set it to 5V before connecting to the Titan. The 3.3V setting will cause unreliable readings or no output.

note
The absolute cable uses pins 1 (VDC), 2 (PWM), and 9 (GND). The remaining pins carry the quadrature (A, B, I) and SPI signals, which the Titan also reads through the same connector.
